Finca Santa Librada is located in Huila, Colombia and proudly ran by Edwin Carvajal. Edwin entered this lovely pink bourbon into the Huila Magico competition put on by our friends at The Coffee Quest. He placed 2nd in his very first year! After picking and depulping ripe cherries, Edwin placed the parchment into sealed containers to ferment for 5 days. After the fermentation they are placed on raise drying beds to dry. Enjoy the magic of this cup with sweet notes of peach preserve, pink lemonade, and white flowers!
