Rodgrio and wife Claudia create a powerhouse couple producing some of the world’s best coffees. Rodrigo and Claudia have won multiply competitions from their farms Las Nubes, Monteblanco, and Las Lomés where they grow multiple varieties such as Gesha, Purple Caturra, and Sudan Rume. This particular coffee comes their newest endeavor on the farm Las Veraneras. After the coffee has been picked at peak ripeness it goes through a float stage to remove any underdeveloped beans. The coffee is then placed on the drying beds for 25-26 days.
