The Hamasho wahshing stating is located in the Hamasho Kebele which is located in the famed Daye Bensa area located in the Sidamo region of Ethiopia. Asefa Dukamo Korma manages this site with roughly 600 farmers contributing to it. Hamasho produces both washed and natural coffees. This particular coffee is a natural coffee. Once the coffees are picked at peak ripeness they are place on raised drying beds for 16-21 days. This process creates a fruit forward coffee and this coffee is a stellar example from a stellar region in Ethiopia.
