This coffee comes from our friends at SNAP. SNAP is an exporter in Ethiopia that is owned by Negusse Debela. They buy from producers throughout the Banko Chelchele region and process the coffee at the Chelbessa washing station. Often these coffee are referred to as “garden coffee” for the fact that most of the coffees are grown in a producer’s backyard. This region of producers consistently creates one of our favorite profiles of coffee coming from Ethiopia filled with melon and floral notes.
